are the exterior plans of the USS Defiant NX - 74205.
Below that are a few pictures of the Defiant. The
USS Defiant is the first 'Defiant' class star ship in
Starfleet. The Defiant class is a ship built, not
for exploration or for patrol or for medicine or for
scientific experiments, but for war. Ever since the
Borg threat, Starfleet decided to build the first United
Federation Star Ship of war, but ever since that threat
wasn't so urgent, they put the project in the cupboard.
Captain Sisko took the Defiant to Deep Space Nine to
protect the sector from The Dominion, The Defiant later
was destroyed in the war and another one was built.
The Defiant was also seen in Star Trek : First Contact,
commanded by Lieutenant Commander Worf to fight off the
Borg. |
